GENERAL RETURN POLICY
You want to make a return? Sure. Just send your new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by envoguenails.eu within 30 days of delivery, and we'll give you a full refund. Make sure that the items are returned in their original packaging. If the return is shown to be of our error, we'll pay the return shipping costs. Email us logistics@envoguenails.com and we will walk you through the process

EXCHANGES
Did we send you the wrong item or is it faulty? If so, call and request a replacement. If what you want to do is exchange one item for a different one, email us at order.euro@envoguenails.com to arrange for the return of the original item (you will be refunded your original purchase price once we receive the item) then go ahead and place another order for the item you wish to purchase from envoguenails.eu. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order. Please note that it could take as long as 5 business days to process returns once they arrive at our offices.
